Refund & Returns Policy

90-day returns

You can request a return within 90 days of delivery. We accept returns of:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Wrong items sent by mistake
• Unwanted items returned in their original, unopened condition

Condition of returned items

• Sealed product (booster boxes, ETBs, collections, packs) must be returned unopened with the original factory shrink-wrap intact. Opened or resealed product cannot be accepted, because its contents can no longer be verified.
• Singles must be returned in the same condition they were sent, in their sleeve and holder.
• Graded cards must be returned in the original, undamaged slab.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@tcgcolector.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. For damaged or wrong items, please include photos.
2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back with tracking. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

If the item was damaged, defective or wrong, we pay for return shipping and will send you a prepaid label (or, in some cases, a replacement without needing the item back). For other returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, in U.S. dollars. For damaged, defective or wrong items we also refund the original shipping cost (if any). We never charge restocking fees. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order, or contact us and we will help.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
