These terms apply to your use of tcgcolector.shop and any purchase you make from TCG Colector (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, including the condition of singles. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If an item is not as described, our Refund & Returns Policy applies.

Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and we may limit quantities per customer, household, card or address on high-demand releases. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pre-orders

Release dates are set by manufacturers and may change. Allocations from manufacturers are sometimes reduced; if we cannot fill your pre-order, we will refund you in full.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for the information you provide being accurate.

Intellectual property

The text, design and logo of this website belong to TCG Colector. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
